The fastest way to reach FileMancer is by email at hello@filemancer.com. Messages are read by a person, and most get a reply within a couple of working days.
Reporting a bug
The most useful reports say which converter you were using, what you put in, what came out, and what you expected instead. A short sample of the input helps enormously — but please redact anything confidential first, since you would be sending it to us by email even though the converter itself never transmits it.
Your browser and operating system are worth mentioning too. Image and audio conversion lean on browser features that differ between Chrome, Safari and Firefox, and a bug that only appears in one of them is usually one of those.
Requesting a converter
Suggestions are genuinely welcome, and the architecture makes most of them quick to add. Tell us the input format, the output format, and what you are actually trying to accomplish — the last part often points at a better tool than the one being asked for.
Conversions that cannot run in the browser are the ones we are slowest to add, because putting them on a server would mean uploading your files. Where that trade-off is unavoidable, the page will say so plainly before you upload anything.
Privacy and data requests
Requests about personal data can be sent to the same address. In practice there is very little to act on: conversions happen in your browser, and favourites and history live in your own browser's storage rather than on a server. The privacy policy sets out the full detail.

Advertising, partnership and press enquiries go to the same address. Please put the topic in the subject line so it reaches the right place.
